It’s the end of my
holiday from a holiday.
Time to leave this
beautiful island, this beautiful family, friends and familiarity and time to go
to yet another new part of the world –
Thailand, we are
on our way…
(I have in my lovely new little suitcase...three packets of bacon and one large left-over Christmas ham* from the Bicheno IGA... Whenever I talk to Pete on the phone he says, basically, Looking forward to seeing you, miss you etc etc and...have you bought the ham?? He very much missed having a large lump of ham in the fridge for Christmas so...it is my luggage!)
* It is almost impossible to find ham in a predominantly Muslim country - of course.
