We are now in
beautiful Bicehno.
It is not gloriously
sunny, but it is gloriously lovely.
And there is a young
elephant seal on the rocks near the jetty!
She is moulting
and lies there peacefully, while crowds gather to marvel and take photos.
Apparently she will
stay here, high and dry, for 4-6 weeks, and then she will slip back into the sea
to a make her seal-ish way in the world.
Hamish took about twenty
photos on my camera and I am sure today he will take twenty more.
Why not??
