We are getting a lot of pressure from friends and family not to go back to Ocean View marina… With good reason, I suppose.  But we are committed to going back, if not to sailing off unaccompanied into pirate infested waters.  We have many contingency plans; not sure which one will be the correct one.  But we do NOT want to be kidnapped and held hostage like our poor fellow sailors Kjartan, John, Rob and Tess…

This week was Tim Abey’s last day at work.  A bit wrench , leaving the Tasmanian Industrial Commission, where he had been President since 2009 and Commissioner since 2000.  I went to his farewell lunch, at the Motor Yacht Club in Lindisfarne.

Tim and I are twins, born same day same year different hemispheres.  And no we did NOT choose matching outfits on purpose!!
