16th October - home in Hobart (at last...)

Thursday 16th October

We made it; we're home.  We managed to get our connecting flight Melbourne to Hobart with (literally!!) one minute to spare... We had plenty of time but the luggage got stuck in a congested pile and we had to rush like crazy through Customs and up to baggage drop-off.  (I had already checked in on the internet.  But even so, the man at the counter said we only had one minute to heave those heavy great cases up onto the conveyor belt.)

SO tired but...all is well!!
