So are we happily
and safely ensconced in our cosy nest in Hobart? Well no…We are in the airport Tune Hotel in
Kuala Lumpur, trying to get a bit of rest before our overnight flight today…

We missed our
flight.
Neither of us is
sure how this happened; we were both convinced our flight left at 11.30, and we
left Busuanga five DAYS earlier to make sure we got there on time. In fact it was 10.30… There was a bit of
sobbing, and a bit of silent jaw-clenching (Pete) but…really it is fine;
neither of us has a broken leg, or ebola.
We have not been mugged or kidnapped.
We are just a bit…embarrassed.
Our meal last
night was peculiarly horrid. Once you
cross The Line into the depths of Departures there is not much choice at all…Maybe
Puffy Buffy would have been better!
We will now be
home at 1.00pm tomorrow instead of 12.30 today.
Delayed gratification!
